고로쇠 수액 시즌이 돌아온다 아직까지 고로쇠 수액을 먹어본 적이 없어 어떤 맛일지 궁금하기도 하다. 먹어 본 사람드은 입에 침이 마르도록 거품을 쏟아내기도 하던데... 지금부터 15년전 이맘때 지리산에 갔을때다. 마을 이름은 기억나질 않는데... 세석평전쪽으로 올라가는 방향이었다. 어느 정도 높이에 이르자 나무마다 호스들이 연결되어 있고, 커다란 물통등이 중간중간에 있었다. 당시에는 그게 뭔지 몰랐고, 그냥 수액이려니 했다.
